  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 5 pita breads


Make sure that the quinoa is rinsed under flowing water. Place the rinsed quinoa in a pot having 2 cups of water, cover and then leave to boil. Reduce the heat to allow for simmering until all the water gets to be absorbed. Allow for cooling and this can go rapidly if the quinoa is put in a fridge.
