Spinach – egg sandwich

Eggs and spinach sandwich

The spinach – egg sandwich really a treat with few calories and lots of vitamins and good thing

2 slices toasted whole wheat bread
3 white eggs + one yolk
2 tbsp. tbsp of olive oil
1 cup young spinach
2 tbsp cheese ( as you want)


Preheat the grill.


Whisk eggs with 2 tbsp water, salt, and pepper.
Heat the oil in the pan
Add the spinach and cook until the spinach begins to soften.
Stir in the light cheese with the egg mixture.
cover and cook egg mixture for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked, stirring prepare the sandwich by placing the omelet between 2 slices of bread repeat with the rest of the omelet and the bread.
